REFUND POLICY
Please note.
Except where a 'featured' headline act is advertised and tickets are unquestionably purchased to see that performer,
All tickets are sold for the 'comedy show' and not for specific comedians.
All performers on mixed bill shows are confirmed at the time of sale. Occassionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, line-ups can change from that which is originally published
Where changes may occur, the organiser will update the website and attempt to contact all ticket bookers about the change. It is the booker's responsibility to ensure contact details are correct and they should check emails for any updates, from the organiser, including spam or junk filtered folders. Shaft Of Wit cannot be held responsible for emails not being read or if their communications are filtered to junk mail.
If a featured headline act cancels, a perfomer of similar profile and appeal will be sought in the first instance and all ticket bookers will be given the option to request a refund if the replacement idoes not meet their approval.
CANCELLATIONS
In the unfortunate event that that the headline performer cancels, an alternative date will be requested. If this is confirmed, all tickets will be automatically transferred and the person who booked the tickets will be informed.
If any ticket holders are unable to attend the new date, a full refund will be offered and tickets will be released.

Refunds and Exchanges:
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
If the event is canceled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
Event Changes:
The event lineup, including performers and schedule, is subject to change without notice. Changes to the lineup do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.,Except where a featured headline act is unquestionably the reason for attendance.
Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event without liability. Refunds in such cases will be at the discretion of the event organizer.
Ticket Resale:
Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party websites may not be honored. We are not responsible for any issues arising from tickets bought through unofficial channels.
Liability:
The event organizer’s liability is limited to the ticket price. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by ticket holders, including travel and accommodation costs.
