Gerry K

Anecdotal, observational and refreshingly honest in style, Gerry's comedy is enriched by a somewhat unique perspective: Real name Gerry Kyei (pronounced “Chay”), Gerry was born in the East End, but grew up in rural Essex, as a rare black face in an almost totally white and very parochial area (a million miles away from the traditional Essex stereotype towns like Harlow, Basildon, Romford and Southend). In addition to providing some truly original insights into life in rural England, these early experiences have ensured Gerry's comedy delights an incredible range of audiences often confounds expectations.
Starting in comedy as the result of a dare, his rise to headline act was a quick one, scooping a range of accolades along the way including; The Comedy Store’s ‘King Gong’, Metrolife Comedy Newcomer, and The Comedy Café’s Best Newcomer Awards.
Now a regular and in-demand headline act both in the UK and overseas, Gerry has played all of the nation's leading clubs including The Comedy Store, Jongleurs, Komedia. He is also a firm favourite on the corporate circuit and for after-dinner speaking engagements.
As an actor he has appeared on The Bill and Angelo’s and recently enjoyed a cameo role on Jimmy Carr's Xmas DVD. As a presenter, he's hosted the football forum with former England international and I’m A Celebrity bad boy Rodney Marsh and legendary Sky host Jeff Stelling for Zoo Magazine and has also guested on BBC Nottingham's 'The Breakfast Show'.
With his energetic and likeable personality, infectious joie de vivre and a beaming smile that warms up the coldest of nights, Gerry K is a truly feelgood act.

Frank Sanazi

Frank Sanazi is a comic character played by actor and comedian Pete Cunningham. Described as a cross between Adolf Hitler and Frank Sinatra, he performs ‘extreme renditions’ of ‘Rat Pack’ songs.

Frank Sanazi ‘Ze Ubermeister of Lounge’ brings a New Order and discipline to the usually more relaxed swing scene.
As the name suggests Sanazi is an unnerving comedic mix of the singing legend Frank Sinatra and the infamous dictator Adolf Hitler, poking fun at history’s most famous German dictator through a mixture of puns, slapstick, and musical numbers.
He is a mockery of dictatorship and Nazism, a powerful satire ridiculing the extreme Right.
Frank reworks The Rat Packs classics with his own extreme renditions, which he calls “Uneasy listening”.  These hilarious numbers include such hits as “Third Reich”, “Strangers on my Flight” and “Zieg Heil with Me.”
Rest assured, Frank is not a Hitler tribute act!  His material is in the spirit of The Producers and The Great Dictator, continuing a tradition of ridiculing the Nazis pioneered by Jewish comedians like Mel Brooks, and continued by Sacha Baron Cohen.

Frank has performed all around the world, from Australia and Switzerland to Israel,  including an emotional return visit and performances in Austria and Berlin.   A firm favourite at festivals, Frank performs regularly at Glastonbury and Bestival, as well as the Fringe festivals in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Galway (Ireland), and Brighton where his shows have been highly acclaimed by the press.
Frank has 2 albums available: “Meinway on a Steinway” and “Songs for Swinging Leaders” which have all been enthusiastically received by his adoring fans (however his “White Christmas” album hasn’t sold as well)
“Initially shocking, this is actually a highly clever satire of the far right” Galway Advertiser

“a full-on act of shouty banter, myriad props, amazingly laboured puns and exaggerated reactions. Looking like extras from My Name Is Earl, this bombastic duo relentlessly assault the audience with every trick in the book to sell their frankly ropey wordplay. And despite – or perhaps because of – the groansomeness of their tatty material, the sheer force with which they push it becomes the gag in itself. Like Tim Vine or the Raymond And Mr Timkins Revue, all resistance is swept aside by their overwhelming personalities. Some punters will love them with a passion – the rest seem confused by the bad jokes at the core of this unusual, hyperactive act.
