Paul Sinha, a trained medical doctor, is perhaps best known as "The Sinnerman" on the hugely popular ITV quiz show The Chase. However, he has also enjoyed a long and successful career as a comedian. As a club comic, Paul has performed at every major comedy venue in the UK and in 18 countries worldwide. He has been nominated three times for Best Club Comedian at the Chortle Awards, winning the honor in 2014.

Paul has brought eight solo shows to the Edinburgh Fringe. His 2006 show, Saint or Sinha, was nominated for the festival’s top comedy award, and his later works, including the sellout 2017 show Shout Out to My Ex and 2018’s The Two Ages of Man, also received widespread acclaim.

On BBC Radio 4, Paul has become a familiar voice, appearing on favorites such as Just a Minute, The Now Show, and The News Quiz. He has also made a name for himself in factual comedy, presenting programs on topics like cricket, the 2012 Olympics, the Magna Carta, and UK citizenship. His work includes the Rose d’Or-winning series Paul Sinha’s History Revision. He also teams up with Marcus Berkmann on the long-running Round Britain Quiz, representing the South of England.

On BBC Radio 5 Live, Paul is a regular contributor and two-time series champion on the dynamic sports panel show Fighting Talk
